Everywhere I go people ask me about the market..."Is it improving at all?" They're often surprised to hear that indeed, houses are selling.

In a Buyer's Market (any time there are more houses available than there are people looking to buy them), pricing becomes the most important variable.

Today most buyers start their search on the internet. They know the price you're asking for your house and they know what the outside of the house looks like. Will they want to see the inside based on those two things?
